These owners came to us looking for a place for friends and relatives to stay while visiting, along side the potential for some rental income. This little garage conversion worked out brilliantly. Cozy, yet fully functional and livable with a full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.

A green and grey cottage ADU is nestled into the backyard garden.

This cute ADU is a cheery green with white trimmed double doors open onto a concrete patio.

The wood and stainless kitchen in this converted garage is well organized for efficiency: functional and fashionable with a narrow refrigerator, white counters, dark metal faucets, and small oven with electric range.

A custom loft in this guest dwelling maximizes space and a wooden ladder adds texture to the white wall below.

This ADU garage conversion's bedroom has a dark finished wood desk with white cloth chair in a corner, next to a doorway to the bathroom. A window at the top of the wall between the bed and bath creates shared light.

Two tree filled windows provide natural light and a forest feeling for the white couch with gold pillows and blue blanket. A small wood finished dining area is cozied up to the couch.
