I want to highly endorse McFadin Design / Build for every one considering a home project. Our home is on a severe slope and we required a significant infrastructure replacement for the front 'yard' which was a concrete deck with steel underside. On top of the deck we needed to rebuild a storage structure all connected to the street facing aspect of our beloved house. The work was highly complex from a staging, engineering and permitting perspective. Additionally, the design work for the above ground portion of the project needed to be consistent in a modern way with the present architecture of the building. The McFadin team NAILED IT! They were highly attuned to the legal requirements of the project, respectful to our neighborhood, and very adaptive to the inevitable bumps which come along in a project like this one. And, on top of that, the team and Zeke the owner are just all around great people who looked out for our family and had a ton of fun with our kiddos. We recommend and will use them again ourselves.
